Dear Diary, 

Today, I discovered Instagram! Yes, this day’s been a long time coming or maybe it shouldn’t have come at all. But I got the app on the phone and I think I’ve found a new hobby! I’ve spent a few hours putting up pictures I took around Mumbai, and the more I look at my page (or my grid, as I’ve been told it’s called), it looks and feels like the perfect collage of my life, as it is. It reminds me of how far I’ve come and how far I’ve yet to go. I’ve decided to think of my life in quite the same way that Instagram views me - as a compilation of special memories, special places and special people. And that’s how I know that although some days feel especially difficult, the journey here has been more than worthwhile.
